Job Summary

Providing effective support to health plan members, the full-time Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assess case complexity and provide resolutions or escalate inquiries as needed
  • Document interactions thoroughly for accurate tracking and analysis
  • Promote self-service options and coordinate with other departments for in-depth inquiries
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
