Job Summary
Providing effective support to health plan members, the full-time Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess case complexity and provide resolutions or escalate inquiries as needed
- Document interactions thoroughly for accurate tracking and analysis
- Promote self-service options and coordinate with other departments for in-depth inquiries
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
