Job Summary
To support a growing pharmacy service, the part-time hourly Customer Service Representative will verify insurance coverage, process patient prescription orders, and provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Verify insurance coverage for new and existing patients to ensure timely processing of prescription orders
- Conduct outbound calls to resolve customer cases and provide necessary information
- Process a minimum of 8 cases per hour while maintaining high attention to detail
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in ITES/BPO/KPO environments
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy to navigate various programs and screens
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Strong understanding of business domain processes is an advantage
- Willingness to sign a service agreement as per company norms
