Job Summary

To support a growing pharmacy service, the part-time hourly Customer Service Representative will verify insurance coverage, process patient prescription orders, and provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Verify insurance coverage for new and existing patients to ensure timely processing of prescription orders
  • Conduct outbound calls to resolve customer cases and provide necessary information
  • Process a minimum of 8 cases per hour while maintaining high attention to detail
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in ITES/BPO/KPO environments
  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy to navigate various programs and screens
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Strong understanding of business domain processes is an advantage
  • Willingness to sign a service agreement as per company norms
