Job Summary
Answering customer inquiries and processing orders, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage phone interactions and resolve issues while maintaining a professional company image in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests and inquiries
- Place customer orders in the computer system and provide product information
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using SAP and Outlook
Required qualifications
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
