Job Summary

Answering customer inquiries and processing orders, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage phone interactions and resolve issues while maintaining a professional company image in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests and inquiries
  • Place customer orders in the computer system and provide product information
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using SAP and Outlook
Required qualifications
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
