Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage an average of 60-80 incoming calls daily, assisting customers with various healthcare-related inquiries while enjoying the flexibility of remote work after an initial on-site orientation in Lakewood, CO.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and identify customer needs for assistance
- Document information accurately in computer systems while communicating with clinical staff for patient-related issues
- Schedule patient appointments and handle medication refills and referral requests
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment using phones and computers
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to type 40 wpm
