Providing essential support to members and providers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring first call resolution while working remotely from various states.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver first call resolution through effective inbound and outbound customer service interactions
  • Document and resolve customer issues promptly, routing inquiries as necessary for further investigation

Required qualifications
