Job Summary
Providing essential support to members and providers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring first call resolution while working remotely from various states.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first call resolution through effective inbound and outbound customer service interactions
- Document and resolve customer issues promptly, routing inquiries as necessary for further investigation
- Maintain compliance with Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements while handling sensitive information
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service experience in related fields
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims processing industries
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences
