Job Summary

To support a dynamic call center environment, the part-time Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service by handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls with enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries
  • Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards while educating customers about products and services
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
  • Experience in a customer service role within a call center or retail environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends
  • Consistent attendance is essential for this position
