Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for customers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will ensure accurate and timely order processing, collaborate across departments, and respond to inquiries regarding orders and shipping in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and verify order information, ensuring accuracy before entering orders into the database
- Provide order confirmations and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with various departments to clarify orders and manage inventory issues
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a capital equipment or sales environment
- Experience supporting customers through phone and email communication
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar EBS systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with teams such as Sales, Finance, and Logistics
