Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for customers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will ensure accurate and timely order processing, collaborate across departments, and respond to inquiries regarding orders and shipping in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and verify order information, ensuring accuracy before entering orders into the database
  • Provide order confirmations and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with various departments to clarify orders and manage inventory issues
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a capital equipment or sales environment
  • Experience supporting customers through phone and email communication
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar EBS systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with teams such as Sales, Finance, and Logistics
