Job Summary
Providing professional and solutions-focused support, the remote Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and email while ensuring accurate account maintenance and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring clear and empathetic communication
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, exercising sound judgment on escalation when necessary
- Maintain and update customer accounts in internal platforms and CRM software with accuracy
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or client-facing experience in a multi-channel support environment
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking to resolve customer issues independently
