Job Summary

Providing professional and solutions-focused support, the remote Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and email while ensuring accurate account maintenance and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring clear and empathetic communication
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, exercising sound judgment on escalation when necessary
  • Maintain and update customer accounts in internal platforms and CRM software with accuracy
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service or client-facing experience in a multi-channel support environment
  • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking to resolve customer issues independently
