Working remotely after completing training, the Customer Service Representative will respond to insurance claims related to automotive glass breakage, assisting customers with their inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls regarding insurance claims and provide assistance based on their needs
  • Utilize available scripts and systems to ensure compliance with organizational quality standards
  • Recommend appropriate solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Experience with insurance claims is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable navigating various computer systems and platforms
  • Legal work authorization in Canada and residency in the Greater Montreal area
