Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Representative will manage sample and document requests, coordinate shipping and receiving, and build relationships with partner labs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with partner labs to manage sample and document requests and triage order issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer retention goals and improve turnaround times
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally while identifying and assessing customer needs
Required qualifications
- 4-year college degree in Biological Sciences or a similar field, preferred
- Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients via phone and email
- Highly organized with superb attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes
