Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Representative will manage sample and document requests, coordinate shipping and receiving, and build relationships with partner labs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with partner labs to manage sample and document requests and triage order issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer retention goals and improve turnaround times
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally while identifying and assessing customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in Biological Sciences or a similar field, preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients via phone and email
  • Highly organized with superb attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes
