Job Summary

Enthusiastic and results-oriented, the full-time Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to customers regarding utility services, handling inquiries and resolving issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Complete a virtual paid training program and serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to utility services
  • Address customer complaints and guide them through solutions while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals
Required qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to engage on the phone for extended periods with minimal distractions
  • Proficient with technology, capable of managing multiple windows and tabs during customer interactions
  • Consistent attendance to meet customer needs
