Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the seasonal Customer Service Representative will assist clients via inbound calls in a fast-paced remote environment, focusing on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for a one-call resolution
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in client systems
- Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining a customer-oriented approach
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a transaction-based environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Experience with benefits and open enrollment preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy with typing skills of at least 25 WPM
