Job Summary
To support a leading medical device company, the contract Customer Service Representative will provide customer services related to sales, manage claims and complaints, and develop initiatives to educate customers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer services relating to sales, promotions, and installations
- Resolve customer claims and complaints effectively in accordance with consumer laws
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers based on survey feedback
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience with customer relations, claims resolution, and complaint management
- Basic knowledge of consumer laws
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
