Job Summary

Providing remote customer service support, the contract Customer Service Representative will manage sales inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement over a duration of 6+ months.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers with sales, promotions, and installations while maintaining strong customer relations
  • Resolve customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws and company policies
  • Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives based on customer feedback and surveys
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Specialized education or training related to customer service practices
  • Familiarity with consumer laws and complaint resolution processes
  • Ability to work within defined procedures and guidelines
  • Experience in developing customer engagement initiatives
