Job Summary
Providing remote customer service support, the contract Customer Service Representative will manage sales inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement over a duration of 6+ months.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with sales, promotions, and installations while maintaining strong customer relations
- Resolve customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws and company policies
- Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives based on customer feedback and surveys
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Specialized education or training related to customer service practices
- Familiarity with consumer laws and complaint resolution processes
- Ability to work within defined procedures and guidelines
- Experience in developing customer engagement initiatives
