Job Summary

Providing quality service from a remote location, the full-time Customer Service Representative will respond to a high volume of telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims while accurately documenting all interactions using various software applications.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, providers, and clients in a high-volume call center environment
  • Navigate multiple system applications to provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Document all inquiries and actions taken in accordance with company guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment
  • Experience with MS Excel and Word, and ability to learn new systems
  • Access to a private workspace with reliable high-speed internet
