Job Summary
Providing quality service from a remote location, the full-time Customer Service Representative will respond to a high volume of telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims while accurately documenting all interactions using various software applications.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from employees, providers, and clients in a high-volume call center environment
- Navigate multiple system applications to provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Document all inquiries and actions taken in accordance with company guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment
- Experience with MS Excel and Word, and ability to learn new systems
- Access to a private workspace with reliable high-speed internet
