Job Summary
As a full-time Customer Guide, the representative will serve as the primary point of contact for members and providers, managing inbound and outbound service interactions to deliver exceptional support and education on healthcare benefits and care management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide timely and empathetic service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Educate customers on healthcare benefits, policies, and procedures while assisting them in navigating internal processes
- Conduct outbound outreach for program enrollment and wellness check-ins, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting or related roles
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare contact center or outbound calling environment
- Strong empathy and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
