Job Summary

Serving as a key customer advocate, the remote contract Customer Service Representative will resolve inquiries, support service initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while working Sunday through Thursday from 8 am to 4:30 pm ET or CT.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide customer service related to sales, installations, and communications
  • Maintain good customer relations by resolving claims and complaints effectively
  • Develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers based on feedback
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field
  • Basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the discipline
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexible hours aligned with EST and CST time zones
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
