Job Summary
Providing professional and solutions-focused support, the remote Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a high level of service excellence while managing customer accounts and resolving issues.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring clear and empathetic communication
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, including billing questions, and determine when to escalate matters
- Maintain and update customer accounts accurately in internal platforms and CRM software
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or client-facing experience, ideally in a multi-channel support environment
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking to resolve customer issues independently
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on mentoring and contributing to team goals
