Job Summary

Providing quality service in a high-volume call center, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will accurately respond to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status while documenting all interactions using applicable software applications.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to a variety of inquiries from employees, providers, and clients in a respectful and efficient manner
  • Navigate multiple system applications to provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
  • Document all inquiries and actions taken thoroughly while adhering to company guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Access to a private, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet
