Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service, the full-time Customer Service Representative will support customers and sales representatives through effective communication, accurate data entry, and operational support, with the flexibility to work remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales, internal partners, and customers
- Process orders, track status, and handle return orders while maintaining accurate records
- Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing situations and provide support beyond standard hours as needed
Required qualifications

- 2+ years of relevant experience
