Job Summary

Providing knowledgeable and responsive support to customers, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries related to orders, product issues, and account needs while building relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries and initiate outbound calls regarding order status, entry issues, and account support
  • Enter and process customer orders through CRM systems and assist with payment processing and order discrepancies
  • Support sales representatives with quotes, order creation, and upselling based on customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience in a business-to-business or order management environment
  • Comfort using CRM and order management systems, with a willingness to learn internal processes
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during Pacific or Mountain Time business hours
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail when entering orders and processing payments
