Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time hourly Customer Service Representative will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions and resolving issues related to products and services
• Provide accurate information and support to enhance customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and maintain records of inquiries and resolutions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
