Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer interactions and accurately complete account transactions and service requests

Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in retail customer service, banking, or call center environments
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Comfortable with technology and capable of managing multiple communication channels
  • Ability to take ownership of customer concerns and resolve issues at first contact
  • Timely and reliable, with a commitment to adhering to daily schedules
