Job Summary
Providing excellent customer service remotely, the Customer Service Representative will manage heavy phone contact with policyholders, assist with claim payments, and process requests while maintaining departmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle phone inquiries from policyholders, providers, and interested third parties
- Process requests received through correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Review and maintain updated procedures regarding policy information
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- At least one year of office experience preferred, with telecommunications experience being a plus
- Background in life and health insurance and knowledge of insurance operations desired
- Strong phone skills and customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
