Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, provide assistance with the program process, and document interactions using a CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally while adhering to established guidelines
  • Schedule and reschedule Compensation and Pension exam appointments, confirming necessary details
  • Provide general support related to the program process and assist with the Veteran-facing portal
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
  • Basic computer literacy with troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
