Job Summary
Working remotely as a Customer Service Representative, the full-time position will manage inbound calls to assist Veterans with their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, provide program support, and accurately document interactions using CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, scheduling and rescheduling C&P exam appointments
- Provide general support regarding the program process and assist with navigation of the Veteran-facing portal
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and adhere to established guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
