Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls to assist Veterans with scheduling and rescheduling their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments while providing general program support and ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, scheduling and rescheduling C&P exam appointments
- Provide support related to the program process and navigate the Veteran-facing portal
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM/case management system and follow established guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Fluency in English, with clear verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
