Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls to assist Veterans with scheduling and rescheduling their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments while providing general program support and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, adhering to established guidelines
  • Schedule and confirm C&P exam appointments, providing necessary details and next steps
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Fluency in English, with clear verbal communication skills
