Job Summary

Serving as a primary point of contact for members and providers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound service calls and outbound outreach, including enrollment invitations and wellness check-ins, while delivering exceptional and empathetic customer experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and timely service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Educate customers on healthcare benefits and assist them in navigating internal processes and resources
  • Conduct outbound outreach for program enrollment and clinical quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting or related outbound calling roles
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare benefits, and insurance processes
