Job Summary

To support a growing outpatient treatment practice, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage patient scheduling and registration, confirm insurance information, and educate patients on procedures while working remotely from Colorado.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer phones and schedule pre-registrations for patient appointments and procedures
  • Confirm patient demographic and insurance information while educating patients on procedure preparations
  • Utilize multiple system applications to coordinate patient encounters and prioritize work for optimal reimbursement
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, and billing
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Must reside in Colorado for this remote position
