Job Summary
To support a growing outpatient treatment practice, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage patient scheduling and registration, confirm insurance information, and educate patients on procedures while working remotely from Colorado.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule pre-registrations for patient appointments and procedures
- Confirm patient demographic and insurance information while educating patients on procedure preparations
- Utilize multiple system applications to coordinate patient encounters and prioritize work for optimal reimbursement
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, and billing
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must reside in Colorado for this remote position
