Job Summary
Working remotely as a Customer Service Representative, the full-time position will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, while providing support and resolving inquiries in a timely manner during shifts from 4 AM PST to 10 PM PST, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, adhering to established guidelines
- Schedule and reschedule appointments for Compensation and Pension exams, confirming necessary details
- Provide assistance with the program process and navigation of the Veteran-facing portal
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
