Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, providing information and support regarding water filtration products and services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information related to water filtration systems
- Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate returns or exchanges as necessary
- Educate customers on water quality and filtration options while resolving complaints professionally
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Minimum of one year in a high-volume, call-centered customer service role, preferably in water filtration or a related industry
- Familiarity with water quality standards and filtration technologies is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to water filtration systems
