Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, and claims, while working remotely and ensuring adherence to performance metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and written correspondence in a professional and ethical manner
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions for tracking and analysis
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely handling of customer requests and to identify and suggest improvements for operational efficiencies
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility is preferred
  • Proficient in written communication and capable of navigating multiple software systems
  • Ability to meet or exceed departmental service metrics and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) required; bilingual in Spanish preferred
