Job Summary

Providing essential support in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage onboarding, account inquiries, and customer requests while working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and support tasks, including onboarding and account management
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain quality standards while adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support is preferred but not necessary
