Job Summary

Supporting a nationwide network of agents, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative I will deliver timely and accurate service through phone, email, and chat while collaborating with internal teams to meet performance metrics and quality standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide routine customer service and policy support to agents and carriers regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a working knowledge of products and services
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain organized policy files for documentation management
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Ability to evaluate policy information and recognize potential issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a remote-ready mindset and the ability to manage priorities independently
