Job Summary
Supporting a nationwide network of agents, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative I will deliver timely and accurate service through phone, email, and chat while collaborating with internal teams to meet performance metrics and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide routine customer service and policy support to agents and carriers regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
- Research and resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a working knowledge of products and services
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain organized policy files for documentation management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Ability to evaluate policy information and recognize potential issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a remote-ready mindset and the ability to manage priorities independently
