Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Customer Service Representative will provide support related to sales, installations, and customer communications while ensuring effective resolution of customer claims and complaints.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer service inquiries related to sales promotions and installations
  • Resolve customer claims and complaints in compliance with consumer laws

Required qualifications
