Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Customer Service Representative will provide support related to sales, installations, and customer communications while ensuring effective resolution of customer claims and complaints.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer service inquiries related to sales promotions and installations
- Resolve customer claims and complaints in compliance with consumer laws
- Develop and implement initiatives to educate customers based on survey feedback
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Specialized education or training in customer service practices
- Knowledge of consumer laws and regulations
- Experience in developing customer engagement initiatives
