Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to policyholders and providers, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, research issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience across various Group Insurance products.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and assist with complex customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Research and analyze inquiries to resolve customer issues using relevant systems and policies
- Stay current on company and industry changes to ensure compliance and effective service delivery
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding, with a focus on detail orientation
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection
- Demonstrated telephone skills, providing quality customer service consistently
