Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the remote Customer Service Representative will manage the scheduling and selection of reviewers for referrals, handle case intake and oversight, and interact with clients to ensure proper documentation and communication.

Key responsibilities:
  • Intake and verify new cases, entering information into the system and addressing any missing details with clients
  • Monitor and track cases to meet processing deadlines while assigning cases to physicians based on specific guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress and ensure proper documentation is provided
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role in a business office environment
  • Preferred experience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical office or insurance claims
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Apple Operating System and Google applications
  • Associate's Degree is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
