Job Summary

To support a high-velocity environment, the remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound client communications, efficiently resolving inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Resolve issues proactively on the first call and de-escalate situations as needed
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
