Job Summary
Supporting a nationwide network of agents, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative I will deliver timely and accurate service through phone, email, and chat while collaborating with internal teams to meet performance metrics and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide routine customer service and policy support to agents and carriers, addressing questions regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
- Communicate effectively with agents and carriers across multiple channels while navigating various systems and platforms
- Research and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining documentation and ensuring adherence to established service standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in customer interactions
- Ability to evaluate policy information and recognize potential issues for resolution
- Remote-ready mindset, demonstrating self-motivation and organizational skills
