Job Summary

Supporting a nationwide network of agents, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative I will deliver timely and accurate service through phone, email, and chat while collaborating with internal teams to meet performance metrics and quality standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide routine customer service and policy support to agents and carriers, addressing questions regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
  • Communicate effectively with agents and carriers across multiple channels while navigating various systems and platforms
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining documentation and ensuring adherence to established service standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in customer interactions
  • Ability to evaluate policy information and recognize potential issues for resolution
  • Remote-ready mindset, demonstrating self-motivation and organizational skills
