Job Summary

Providing support to members through empathetic communication, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage onboarding, address inquiries, and offer guidance while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with members via phone and email, ensuring care in every interaction
  • Listen to members' needs and provide empathetic solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and document member interactions accurately
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or retail)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am - 8pm
  • People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
