Job Summary
Providing support to members through empathetic communication, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage onboarding, address inquiries, and offer guidance while working remotely from home.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with members via phone and email, ensuring care in every interaction
- Listen to members' needs and provide empathetic solutions
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and document member interactions accurately
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or retail)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am - 8pm
- People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
