Job Summary
Providing customer service to members utilizing fitness programs, the remote Customer Service Representative will manage incoming calls, demonstrate product knowledge, and ensure timely responses while working part-time in a home office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receives and responds to calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans, providing accurate and timely information
- Records call information and coordinates necessary follow-ups, ensuring compliance with standard policies and procedures
- Participates in team meetings and collaborates with other departments to address member inquiries and issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Inbound call center experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
