Job Summary
Working from home full-time, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email, manage order entries, and maintain relationships while ensuring problem resolution in accordance with service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and order management
- Communicate order fulfillment details and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Assist in setting up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or account development experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Solid knowledge of products and services relevant to the role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
