Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Customer Service Representative, the candidate will communicate with members through phone and email, providing empathy and solutions while managing onboarding and account inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with members, exhibiting care in every interaction via phone and email
- Listen to members' needs and provide empathetic solutions tailored to their unique situations
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and document member interactions accurately
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6 am - 8 pm
- People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
