Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with members, exhibiting care in every interaction via phone and email

Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6 am - 8 pm
  • People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
