Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service during the 10:30 am to 7:00 pm EST shift, the full-time Customer Service Representative will support customers and sales representatives through effective communication, accurate data entry, and operational assistance in a remote, hybrid, or onsite environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales, internal partners, and customers, ensuring alignment with department goals
- Process order entries, verify order statuses, and manage return orders through a multichannel system
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and follow standardized processes to ensure high quality for all orders
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
