Job Summary
As part of the Customer Service Team, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage client inquiries, maintain communication records, and provide assistance with customer-facing applications and services.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Understand and respond to customer needs while maintaining accurate records of communications
- Assist with user access, data processing, and connect customers to Aircraft Analysts as needed
Required qualifications
- Intermediate understanding of computer software and applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Warm and helpful attitude towards customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
