Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for agents and vendors, the full-time Customer Service Representative II will manage incoming requests, respond to inquiries about order status, and resolve issues efficiently while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains knowledge of title-related concepts and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness
- Answers routine questions and resolves issues regarding products and services for internal and external customers
- Utilizes office tools and customer service platforms to manage tasks and track customer interactions effectively
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
- Experience with customer service platforms, such as CRM systems and production systems
- Familiarity with title chains, legal descriptions, and public records
- Ability to communicate moderately complex information effectively
