Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for agents and vendors, the full-time Customer Service Representative II will manage incoming requests, respond to inquiries about order status, and resolve issues efficiently while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintains knowledge of title-related concepts and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Answers routine questions and resolves issues regarding products and services for internal and external customers
  • Utilizes office tools and customer service platforms to manage tasks and track customer interactions effectively
Required qualifications

  • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
  • Experience with customer service platforms, such as CRM systems and production systems
  • Familiarity with title chains, legal descriptions, and public records
  • Ability to communicate moderately complex information effectively
