Job Summary

Working remotely within the United States, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist state benefit system members and providers with inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and program policies while managing incoming calls and maintaining accurate data entry.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication methods in a courteous and timely manner
  • Utilize automated systems to log information and perform accurate data entry while maintaining knowledge of internal policies and services
  • Interact with external partners, investigate provider issues, and ensure compliance with corporate policies including HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of call center experience
  • Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Must reside within driving distance of El Paso, TX or Tallahassee, FL
