Job Summary

Providing customer service in a virtual call center environment, the part-time hourly Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries from policyholders and providers regarding insurance policies, ensuring accurate information delivery and maintaining a knowledge base of company products.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from clients about Medicare Supplement and Life Policies, providing accurate information on benefits and claims status
  • Research company records to assist customers with insurance questions and perform routine transactions
  • Maintain compliance with company regulations regarding privacy and confidentiality while documenting inquiry statuses and resolutions
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, with six months of related call center experience or training
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • Experience working remotely and independently, with a reliable internet connection
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required
  • Successful completion of background screening and drug tests, including THC
