Job Summary

Working remotely with a flexible schedule, the full-time Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls to engage potential customers regarding home loan refinancing and new mortgage loans, while providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan origination process.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via email and outbound calls to establish rapport and gather financial information
  • Educate customers and loan officers about the mortgage loan process and set realistic expectations
  • Input customer data into the system and appropriately manage customer files for loan officer connections
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Ability to work on Pacific Time with a flexible schedule, including weekends
